CAROLINE has an axial dimension of 360 mm and a profile thickness of the grid structure of 12 x 12 mm. This results in a depth of 372 mm and, depending on the configuration, the individual widths and heights as a multiple of the grid dimension.

Please refer to the individual item descriptions in the online shop for the dimensions. In the CAROLINE configurator, the dimensions are also dynamically displayed according to the current configuration

The grid structure is available in black or white powder-coated steel. The components are available in the following materials, depending on the version: Metal in black or white powder-coated steel, acrylic glass in white matt, black matt or dualsatin, coated derived timber product in white or black, with edges in wooden decor Chalet Oak.

The largest basic set in the standard range is 5 units wide and 6 units high, corresponding to the following dimensions (W x H x D): 1812 mm x 2172 mm x 372 mm.

However, there is the option of using connecting elements. With these horizontal and invisible connectors, 2 CAROLINE shelving units are easily connected to each other and thus larger configurations can be created. Depending on the size and configuration, we recommend to fix CAROLINE to the wall. Not least to prevent tipping if, for example, components with doors or drawers are also used and the centre of gravity of the shelving unit shifts when these elements are opened.

Special wall mountings are available for this purpose, which are specially designed to be small and unobtrusive so that the filigree basic structure of CAROLINE is not visually affected. Each CAROLINE shelving unit is delivered with adjustable feet as standard. These can be adjusted via a thread for levelling and thus ensure a level stand. However, if the floor coverings have larger unevenness or a slope, you can order additional adjustable feet for height compensation of 15 - 40 mm separately as accessories. This is a set of 4 stainless steel ropes, each 2 m long, and corresponding fixings for CAROLINE as well as the ceiling. Please note the requirements to your ceiling construction, which should ensure solid connections and the weight of CAROLINE plus planned equipment. An LED lighting system is available for CAROLINE that can be easily integrated into the shelving unit. For this purpose, aluminum profiles with matching power supply and magnetic tape are simply attached to the bottom of metal shelves and top panels and can be easily fitted with LED strips (available in 2 different lengths) and / or swiveling LED spots. In this way, the lighting system can be added to in a very simple and uncomplicated way and can be adapted again and again according to individual requirements.

There are several ways to connect our CAROLINE shelving units.

For a row of several shelving units, we offer horizontal and invisible connectors in black or white powdercoated, which fit exactly into the grid dimension and allow the use of components also in the connecting rows. However, the CAROLINE shelving units can also be simply coupled ("back-to-back") and then attached to each other. For this purpose, we offer connecting clips, also in black or white, which are simply clipped onto the free spaces of the profiles (where no corpuses are inserted) and thus connect both units with each other. These connecting clips can also be used to connect other formations such as L-, U- or T-shaped configurations. Our products can be assembled easily and quickly by yourself. This offers the advantage of low transport and storage volume. We also offer you the option of receiving our products pre-assembled. This means that there is no need for on-site assembly.

Shipment to a different delivery address is possible at any time. Please indicate this directly when ordering in addition to the billing address.

CAROLINE delivery times are up to:

approx. 4 weeks for standard products

approx. 6-8 weeks for large projects

After you have placed your order, you will receive an additional order confirmation from us by e-mail. In addition to the summary of your order, this also shows you the planned dispatch date as a calendar week ex works. This means the date when the goods will leave our warehouse and does not specify when the order will reach you. Depending on the shipping method and destination, the duration of the delivery until arrival may be added.

Payment by PayPal or credit card:

You instruct the payment during the order process and receive an order confirmation after the order has been received.

Payment by invoice: The following conditions apply to purchase on account:

- Payment 20 days net after receipt of invoice

- Domestic from € 1.500,00 total amount: 50% deposit before production starts

- Domestic from € 15,000.00 total amount: 1st instalment of 50% before production starts / 2nd instalment of 35% before delivery of the goods / remaining amount after delivery

Outside of Germany, advance payment is generally applicable.

In case of due deposits or prepayment, production and delivery time will only start after receipt of payment by concept-s!
